Every year we find a number of personal items left behind after the festival.  If any of these items are yours, please phone Peter Whiting on 04 477 3836 or email him at registrations@wellingtonfolkfestival.org.nz:

The gate opens at 3pm on Friday. There will be NO ACCESS to the site before that, as we need the time to set up safely.

You can still buy full weekend passes (including the ability to camp) or day tickets from the gate. BUT remember that we do not have EFTPOS or credit card facilities – cash or cheques only.

Pre-sales for all tickets (weekend and day) have now closed.

If you have booked online but made your payment after Friday 17 October it’s advisable to bring proof of payment with you to the gate.

All presold tickets can be collected from the registration caravan at the gate of the Festival.

Lovely Grub Catering will again be proving cafe style catering and full lunch, dinner and breakfast options at the Festival.  And they do give us Lovely Grub! There are some menus to look at on the Food and Drink Page.

You are welcome to self-cater using the kitchens at the Festival site – best to bring your own crockery as only limited crockery is available, and please make sure you clean up afterwards for the next group.

New this year – Book and pay for your day tickets online. Just look at the programme and choose your day and time. Then register and pay for your tickets – they’ll be waiting for you at the gate.

But you can still register and pay the full gate prices online and save yourself time at the gate or book day tickets.
