Tickets are still on sale – but here’s our Covid-19 contingency plan

Hi everyone

In my last update I said, the one thing that could get in the way is if NZ returns to Covid alert level 2 before mid October. We can’t run the festival if we are at an alert level higher than 1 in the week before the festival. But that’s 8 weeks away so it’s still possible for us to go ahead as planned if the current outbreak comes under control in the next few weeks.

We are monitoring the position on an almost daily bases. The committee will be meeting after the end of next week to review the potential for a return to “normal”.

At this stage we haven’t closed the ticketing system – and be assured if the worst happens, and we cancel, every paid booking will be fully refunded.

Details of the ticket prices and our great guests are all here on the festival web site and we’ll be posting profiles and info on our Facebook page regularly from here on. The programme is coming together nicely but is still being tweaked. We will publish it closer to the festival.

Hi everyone

Great excitement for the Wellyfest organisers! I’m delighted to let you know that Wellyfest 2021 tickets are now available online.

We’ve been a bit more ambitious in terms of festival content this year – wait till you see the programme… We’re also making some site and setup changes to improve safety. Unfortunately these have added to costs but we’ve been able to contain our prices so no tickets have increased by more than $5.

As always, bunks are available in limited numbers. They are available on a first come first served basis at $70 for the weekend.

Like last year, we will absorb the credit card and booking system processing fees so the price you see is what you will pay.

We are looking forward to another great Kiwi festival …. we’ll be adding more detail about our guests and programme to the website and facebook.
